About the Opportunity Newgard Group is seeking a highly creative and execution‑oriented Content & Social Media Producer to support the company's growing investment platform and capital‑raising initiatives. This role is responsible for creating compelling content that educates, engages, and attracts prospective investors across multiple real estate investment products. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, video production, social media, and content marketing. You will work directly with leadership to capture content, produce short‑form videos, create social media assets, and help build awareness of the Newgard Investment Club and active investment offerings. Recording content featuring executives and investment professionals Capturing behind‑the‑scenes company and project content Producing educational investment‑related content Supporting event and presentation content creationOrganizing and managing content production workflows Edit and Produce Engaging Content for YouTube Shorts Creating compelling hooks and opening sequences Adding captions and subtitles Incorporating graphics and branding elements Creating motion graphics and light animation Repurposing long‑form content into multiple short‑form assets Manage Content Publishing across Investment‑specific Campaigns Publishing posts Supporting audience engagement initiatives Create Marketing and Promotional Assets Including Social media graphics Campaign graphics Event marketing assets Investor education materials Maintain and organize a centralized content and creative asset library. Content Strategy & Storytelling Help develop content themes and campaigns that support Brand awareness Investment product awareness Executive thought leadership Identify opportunities to transform company activities, projects, and market insights into engaging content. Content Performance Tracking Monitor and report on: Reach and impressions Audience growthVideo performance Provide recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement. Ideal Candidate You are: Highly creative and self‑motivated Passionate about content creation and storytelling Comfortable filming and editing content Organized and detail‑oriented Able to manage multiple content projects simultaneously Interested in investing, finance, entrepreneurship, or real estate Comfortable working in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment Required Qualifications Experience creating content for social media platforms Experience with short‑form video production Graphic design and content creation experience Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Software Experience Final Cut Pro Canva Adobe Creative Suite Other content production and editing tools Preferred Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience creating digital content, managing social media channels, or producing video content for brands, businesses, or creators.
