Job Summary This role provides analytical and project management support for strategic initiatives within the Cobrand Credit Card business, building organizational frameworks and ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The position leverages tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to document requirements, track project progress, manage workflows, and facilitate collaboration. The role involves significant stakeholder interaction — approximately 80% of the day is spent in meetings — engaging with both internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities Build organizational frameworks to support strategic initiatives within the Cobrand Credit Card business Provide analytical and project management support for strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Leverage tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to document requirements, track project progress, manage workflows, and facilitate collaboration Engage with both internal and external stakeholders across a high proportion of the working day Required Skills 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and financial services Agile capabilities, including proficiency in Jira and Confluence Proficiency in Microsoft 365 — Word, Outlook, and Excel Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal Ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Credit card business knowledge and background Agile certifications Required Experience 5–7 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within the banking, financial services, or credit card industry, supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements Work Environment / Physical Requirements Hybrid work model: 3 days on-site in Wilmington, DE; 2 days remote Collaborative team environment (team size of approximately 4 people) High meeting cadence — approximately 80% of the working day spent in meetings 2-week training period upon start Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401k Retirement Fund About the Client This client is a leading financial services and banking institution operating across the United States, with a focus on consumer credit products including cobrand credit card programs.
