You'll work through complex coverage questions, negotiate resolutions, and help bring clarity to situations where multiple parties are involved.How You'll Make an ImpactManage first-party property claims involving public adjusters, attorneys, and other represented partiesInvestigate coverage, damages, and claim exposures to make informed claim decisionsReview estimates, supporting documentation, photos, and reports to evaluate losses accuratelyNegotiate claim resolutions with public adjusters, attorneys, contractors, and other stakeholdersEstablish and manage claim reserves throughout the life of the claimMaintain thorough claim documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelinesResolve disputed, and escalated claims while delivering a high level of serviceCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership to move claims to resolution efficientlyWhat You'll Bring to the TeamHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredActive adjuster license and ability to obtain and maintain required non-resident licenses2+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience, including direct insurance carrier experienceExperience handling represented claims involving public adjusters and/or attorneysStrong understanding of coverage analysis, claim negotiations, and state regulatory requirementsExperience with Xactimate, Guidewire ClaimCenter, or similar claims platforms preferredDesire to live Slide's Core ValuesWhat Slide Offers To You The Slide Vibe - An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation-driven culture fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology!
