Clinical Testing Psychologist

LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Testing Psychologist to provide outpatient psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized tests; completing integrated diagnostic reports; collaborating with psychiatrists and therapists on treatment planning; and providing feedback sessions to patients and families. Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological and cognitive tests Complete integrated diagnostic reports with clear recommendations Provide feedback sessions to patients and families on testing results Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians on treatment planning Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in psychological practice Utilize telehealth platforms for appropriate components of assessment Participate in case consultation and clinical team meetings Contribute to a patient-centered, culturally responsive care environment Psychological testing and assessment Test administration and scoring Diagnostic formulation (DSM-5/ICD-10) Report writing and documentation Clinical interviewing Risk assessment and management Electronic health record (EHR) use Telehealth assessment practices Multidisciplinary collaboration Ethical and legal standards in psychology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active, unrestricted Psychologist license (or license-eligible) in practicing state Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from accredited program Formal training in psychological and neuropsychological assessment Familiarity with DSM-5 and evidence-based assessment practices Eligibility for credentialing with major insurers/payers #J-18808-Ljbffr
