This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence, safety, and customer satisfactionAbout the RoleAs a Lawn Care Applicator, you’ll be responsible for performing lawn treatments in compliance with company standards, state regulations, and environmental best practices. You’ll manage your daily routes, operate and maintain application equipment, and serve as a professional representative of Hidden Creek in the field.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who values accuracy, consistency, and customer service - and who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.What You’ll DoSafety, Licensing & Compliance (25%) Maintain all required applicator licenses and certifications, follow safety protocols, and ensure proper chemical handling and application in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Lawn Care & Treatment Execution (25%) Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn treatments accurately and efficiently. Identify turf issues, pests, and diseases, and make informed service recommendations.Equipment & Chemical Management (15%) Operate, inspect, and maintain application equipment. Manage chemical inventory, ensure proper storage, and keep vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and secure.Customer Service & Communication (15%) Represent Hidden Creek professionally at all times.
