CNA - Long Term Care

Schedule: Days; Holiday coverage required.

Assignment Details: Shared housing is provided; furnished apartments within city limits.

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted Colorado certification as a CNA.
• Minimum of 4 years of long-term care experience required.
• BLS/BCLS certification required.
• COVID vaccinations required by state mandate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities for residents.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the patient environment.
• Document patient care effectively and accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Compliance / Notes: No pets allowed and no smoking on the premises. If you have your own housing, please inform as soon as possible.
