Retail Team Leader

Job Overview Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) – 8789 Pearl Road, Strongsville, OH 44136. Pay $18-20 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities Open and close the store, ensuring safe and secure operations. Manage all daily store operations and tasks. Unload and organize merchandise, transferring items from stockroom to store. Maintain product rotation, food handling, and quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships and solving problems. Handle cash, bank deposits, and register reconciliations. Assist in training and supervising sales associates and other staff. Qualifications & Experience 1–2 years of retail experience with progressive responsibilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age 18. Ability to operate point‑of‑sale systems and maintain store appearance. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; frequent lifting above shoulder height. Schedule Availability Flexible, full‑time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Store hours: Monday–Saturday 7:00‑8:00pm; Sunday 9:00‑6:00pm. Ability to respond to alarm calls and work shift rotations at other local stores.
