Property Management Assistant

Job Description Silver Star Real Estate is seeking individuals interested in beginning or continuing a career in property management. The company manages multi‑unit buildings in Southern California and Arizona and has a pipeline of future projects. Candidate Qualifications Fresh graduate with willingness to learn Ability to fill all vacant units Professional appearance and clean cut Willing to relocate Preferably bilingual (English and Spanish); bilingual is a must Exceptional communication skills Excellent customer service and welcoming personality Self‑starter, tech savvy Experience with leasing or property management is a plus Strong marketing skills to fill vacancies Strong leadership skills Organized Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Efficiency in all aspects of property management Ability to manage properties, managers, maintenance workers and property needs Potential for promotion based on performance Eligibility & Requirements Must be able to work 100% onsite in the Phoenix or Tempe area.
