Senior Global Support Coordinator - 1st Shift
$24.54 - $33.68 per hourStryker Orthopaedics
Stryker seeks a Global Support Coordinator to manage repair fixture orders and tooling inquiries across international service centers. The role involves organizing vendor quotes, coordinating with global partners, managing shipments, and supporting service launches on a first-shift hybrid or onsite schedule in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and fulfill repair fixture orders from global service centers
- Organize blueprints and coordinate Request For Quote with outside vendors
- Manage order status communication with relevant stakeholders
- Package and ship global fixture orders through import/export team
- Provide remote technical support for fixture installation and software downloads
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- SmartSheet proficiency (preferred)
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude (preferred)
Compensation: $24.54 - $33.68 USD hourly
