Position Overview We are a leading commercial real estate firm dedicated exclusively to retail services, offering entrepreneurs the freedom to build their own businesses within a supportive, mentor‑rich environment. The role calls for real estate brokers with experience in tenant representation, leasing, or investment sales. Job Type Full‑time Principal Responsibilities Tenant Representation (Occupier Services) Work with local, regional, and national retail tenants to understand their needs and develop site‑selection strategies. Use research team tools and local market knowledge to qualify prospective spaces or assess existing locations against client profiles. Create site‑selection packages that outline strengths and weaknesses of each space. Tour prospective sites with clients and negotiate leases for new or renewal locations. Manage transactions to meet client requirements and accelerate openings, improving bottom lines. Landlord Representation (Leasing) Partner with retail landlord clients to understand goals and create leasing strategies that enhance property value. Analyze tenant rosters to design merchandising plans that boost traffic and appeal. Leverage existing relationships and proactive outreach to attract quality tenants. Qualify tenants and negotiate new leases and renewals. Prepare and present marketing and leasing activity reports to landlord clients. Investment Services (Investment Sales) Build and maintain industry relationships with owners, investors, and service providers to source new business and deals. Assess owners' financial objectives for their assets. Collaborate with analysts to determine asset values and develop marketing plans. Execute marketing plans, targeting REITs, private equity funds, lenders, and investors. Negotiate and close commercial real‑estate sale transactions and equity joint ventures. Requirements Desired Skills & Experience Real estate license required. 5+ years as a commercial real‑estate broker or salesperson. Experience in retail real estate preferred. College degree preferred. Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and a proven sales track record. Self‑starter capable of managing own schedule and priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
