Job Title

Travel RN - Emergency Department - Days

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the facility's EMR system (EPIC)
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and dress code requirements including navy blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New York State
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a high-volume emergency care environment
• Must meet travel candidate eligibility requirements (local candidates from certain counties are not eligible for this assignment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
• Experience working in a large academic or high-acuity medical center environment
