As an Account Manager , you’ll play a direct role in growing our agency.

You'll work with both existing customers and new prospects, learning what matters to them and identifying opportunities across multiple insurance and financial services products.

A conversation about auto insurance could uncover a homeowners opportunity.

A policy review could lead to a life insurance conversation.

A happy customer could introduce you to your next three prospects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Proactively reach out to customers and prospects to create sales opportunities.

• Conduct insurance reviews and uncover additional customer needs.

• Identify cross-sell opportunities across multiple product lines.

• Present recommendations confidently and ask for the business.

• Work cold and warm leads and turn conversations into customers.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.

• Ask for referrals and turn great customer experiences into new opportunities.

• Handle objections and help customers confidently make decisions.

• Strengthen customer retention while growing existing accounts.

• Help resolve customer issues while looking for ways to deepen the relationship.

• Work toward individual and team production goals.
