Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, client policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions, and document observations through required reports and incident records. Support access control and security‑related operations by observing entry and exit activity, assisting with crowd flow, and addressing customer concerns in a professional manner. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
