About the Position

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a caseload of approximately 2–20 patients per day
• Provide speech-language pathology services across assigned patient population during day shift hours
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed on an occasional basis

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of California
• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Ability to manage a variable daily caseload in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an acute care or hospital-based setting
• Familiarity with high-volume caseload management
