Greet clients warmly as they walk into our Wayne office or call us seeking assistance.

Help policyholders understand their current coverage and make updates to their accounts as their lives change.

Document client conversations accurately to ensure our records stay organized and useful.

Collaborate with our agents to resolve billing inquiries or policy issues quickly.

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in our local office space.

Listen intently to client concerns and provide thoughtful, clear answers that put them at ease.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation and office software.

Genuine interest in helping people navigate insurance questions.

Patient and clear verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail when documenting client interactions.

Experience in a customer-facing role is helpful but not mandatory.
