Part-Time Dispatcher

Are you an experienced Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment? Qualified Staffing is currently seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher to support our client in Forsyth, GA.

Schedule: Part-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00 am 12:00 pm (could move to full-time)

Pay Rate: $15-20/hr based on experience

Requirements

• 2+ years OTR dispatch experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of HOS and FMCSA regulations
• Comfortable working with drivers, brokers, shippers, and customers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good with time management
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Freight systems and load board experience preferred (AVAAL, Internet Truck Stop, Motive)

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule drivers
• Track and monitor loads
• Communicate updates and resolve issues
• Negotiate rates with brokers and customers
• Ensure HOS and safety compliance
• Maintain records, billing, and invoicing
• Prepare reports and escalate issues as needed
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism
