Project Manager (Design Build)

Benefits Hybrid working arrangements Employee ownership Market‑leading insurance coverage Project‑based and company‑wide bonuses Responsibilities Oversee all stages of project life‑cycle management including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and construction documents. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Direct and supervise construction workers and subcontractors. Implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget. Resolve contract disputes and design problems that may arise during the construction process. Lead and manage project teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, including clients and senior management. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in project management and construction management. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Strong knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting principles. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
