Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements and Job Duties Packing, Crating, Wrapping, & Palletizing Product Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment. Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures. Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred. Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial. Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Shipping Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do As a Shipping Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. Packing, Crating, Wrapping, & Palletizing Product Ability to stand entire shift Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis Forklift experience is a plus but will train if needed. Ability to read a tape measure The Shipping Associate plays an important role in warehouse logistics by supporting the safe movement, storage, and shipment of products. This position requires attention to detail, organizational ability, and a commitment to inventory accuracy. Successful Shipping Associate candidates understand warehouse workflows, shipping procedures, and receiving practices while maintaining safe work habits and supporting efficient distribution activities.
