divh2Kitchen Assistant/h2pIn this position your main responsibility is to keep the kitchen neat and orderly, working with line and prep cooks. This includes:/pulliWashing dishes and trays as needed/liliFloor care/liliCounter top care/liliKeeping refrigerator and freezers clean and organized and all food items labeled properly/liliKeeping dry food and product areas clean and orderly/liliDuring your shift you may also be asked to be a food runner./liliYou will work with the waitress staff and bring trays of food to your guests./li/ulpThere will be further training given for this position./ppAll the stations in the department work together and help out each other as needed/ppAll the stations work together to keep the area clean during their shift and at closing time./ppThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
