How You Stand Out:

• Education: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Technical training or coursework in HVAC is a plus!
• Experience: 
  • Basic construction or mechanical experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus!
• Skills: 
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Installation Assistance: Work alongside experienced technicians to install and maintain HVAC systems professionally and efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Support your team by ensuring tools, materials, and resources are ready for each job.
• Customer Interaction: Assist in providing a positive customer experience by answering questions and addressing concerns on-site.
• Learning and Development: Participate in on-the-job training to gain technical skills and earn certifications (e.g., EPA Type 2, Universal, NATE).
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Growth Opportunities: Take on increasing responsibilities as you develop skills to transition into a lead installer role.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet company goals and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
