Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support strategies.

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation to comply with regulatory standards.
  • \n
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
  • \n
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans.
  • \n
  • Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
  • \n
  • Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to ensure coordinated care.
  • \n
  • Communicate openly and effectively to uphold contract standards while promoting the agency's mission within the community.
  • \n
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to create new partnerships and identify funding sources.
  • \n
  • Participate in professional development activities such as conferences and workshops, representing the organization at statewide meetings.
  • \n
  • Promote an environment that reflects the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.

  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use disorders, and various developmental disabilities. Your role will significantly impact their recovery journey, helping them achieve emotional stability and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
  • \n
  • A valid, Independent LMHC License issued by the state board is necessary for this role.
  • \n
  • Proficient in maintaining clinical records and preparing related reports.
  • \n
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team setting.

  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.

  • Capability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions based on professional knowledge.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working in a telehealth setting and familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health care will be advantageous. Previous experience collaborating with diverse teams and understanding community resources related to mental health will also enhance your application.
