Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and prioritize patients' goals, challenges, and needs.
• Manage a caseload effectively by treating one patient per hour, ensuring individualized attention and care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing various evidence-based techniques to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer cost-effective therapies aimed at improving patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to identify patients requiring additional interventions or referrals.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a positive environment for recovery.
• Stay updated on advancements in the field to continuously enhance treatment methodologies.
• Maintain clear documentation of patient progress and treatment efficacy using EMR software, particularly WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Our clinic treats a diverse range of individuals, from athletes needing post-injury rehabilitation to adults overcoming mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• An active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary action against your license.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and the ability to design effective exercise protocols.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems with a focus on WebPT software.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate patients and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• A track record of developing comprehensive wellness programs that enhance patient recovery and prevent further injuries.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
