Overview POSITION TITLE: Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/CNM/PA) LOCATION: Remote within ME/NH/VT HOURS: Full Time, 30 hours/week, Hourly (Non-Exempt) UNION MEMBERSHIP: This position is represented by AFT union in NH / MSEA union in ME POSITION PURPOSE: As an integral part of health care delivery at PPNNE, the Remote Care Team provides both Telehealth clinical care to patients, as well as Centralized Clinical Support to both patients and health center staff regarding lab work follow up, patient communications, referral care coordination, and health information management Affiliate-wide. The Remote Care Team APC will support PPNNE’s mission of providing accessible reproductive health care through delivering both high quality, patient-centered, personalized telehealth visits, as well as daily integration of remote health care delivery support services to patients and health care teams Affiliate-wide. YOUR DAY- TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides exceptional patient-centered care, in a manner that ensures compliance with current PPNNE efficiency and productivity standards. Assesses patient’s health status and prescribes appropriate contraceptive methods, treatments for GYN problems Counsels/educates patients regarding general reproductive health care; all FDA-approved methods of birth control, including emergency contraception; pregnancy options including abortion, adoption as well as Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy Provides health care that is culturally and linguistically appropriate to PPNNE patient populations. Candidates with 0-6 years of experience can expect to earn between $45.46 - $53.64 per hour. As experience increases, so does the rate of pay, with candidates who have 17 or more years of direct experience earning up to $72 per hour.
