MES + Scrum Master

MES + Scrum Master We are seeking an experienced MES + Scrum Master to support digital transformation initiatives and smart factory operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between IT-driven agile delivery teams and shop floor manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for teams implementing or maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Bridge the gap between digital transformation initiatives and shop floor smart factory operations. Apply Agile methodologies specifically tailored for MES and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Support teams working with MES platforms such as Siemens OpsCenter, Rockwell Automation, SAP ME, SAP DM, or similar systems. Manage and mitigate the unique challenges of deploying IT solutions using Agile practices in OT/manufacturing environments. Collaborate closely with product owners, manufacturing stakeholders, IT teams, and OT teams to ensure smooth delivery. Remove impediments and ensure team alignment with Agile best practices while respecting manufacturing constraints. Required Skills & Experience: 68 years of overall experience, including strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master. Proven experience working with MES implementations or support projects. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks in manufacturing or OT environments. Experience working at the intersection of IT and OT systems.
