Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant makes every operatory run on rails—perfect setups, fast turnover, crisp scans/photos, rock‑solid sterilization. Example of Duties 4/6‑handed assisting; EFDA duties per FL law; digital scans/IO photos; sterilization & OSHA logs; inventory at par; accurate lab slips Reviews of all daily logs and time sheet summaries to ensure documentation and communication notes have been turned in and are accurate. Works with the multidisciplinary departments to ensure the center is working well & meets its needs. Assist with quality care and stars measure to ensure patient care outcomes excel. Patient experience & service recovery. Perform other functions and duties as requested by supervisor or manager. Minimum training and experience High school diploma or GED required (bachelor’s degree preferred) Florida dental assisting credentials; EFDA and Dental Radiography certification per FL Board (or completion within hire window); BLS/CPR ; digital workflow experience preferred. Bilingual (English and Spanish) Basic computer knowledge Ability to always communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner Must have empathy and be patient in dealing with an elderly population and sympathetic to hearing or vision deficiencies.
