Travel Writer: Language-Driven Journeys

Trafalgar

I'm looking to commission a US-based travel writer for an article for Trafalgar's The Real World blog. The theme is "How learning a few local words transformed my travels". I'm looking for a 850‑900 word first-person anecdote that speaks to the power of language, communication and human connection for transforming a vacation into an immersive travel experience.
