Now Hiring: Behavioral Technician

Are you passionate about helping students succeed and creating a positive school environment? Solanco School District is looking for a Behavioral Technician! This 29-hour-per-week position provides building-level behavioral support, helping implement effective preventative strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support student success. The Behavioral Technician will:

Support building leadership with positive behavioral strategies
Work directly with students and implement behavioral protocols
Collect and monitor behavioral data
Help promote a positive educational culture and climate
Work under the guidance of the Director of Behavioral Services
