Sr Global Product Manager, Digital Solutions - Surgical & Procedural Care

Senior Global Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of digital solutions for perioperative surgical and procedural workflows. Reporting to executive leadership, the role spans product lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial growth across pre-, intra-, and post-operative care environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, business cases, and roadmaps for perioperative digital applications including analytics and decision-support solutions
• Lead full product lifecycle ownership from concept through commercialization, adoption, and growth, accountable for commercial success and revenue targets
• Develop and execute go-to-market, pricing, and business model strategies in partnership with marketing, commercial, and service teams
• Build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders to shape market direction and inform differentiated product decisions
• Drive customer adoption, retention, and recurring revenue growth across installed base while achieving business case objectives

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in perioperative clinical workflows and surgical care environments
• Proven track record developing and launching digital health products from concept through commercialization
• Strategic product management experience with ability to build business cases and investment recommendations
• Cross-functional leadership skills in matrix organizations with engineering, commercial, and clinical teams
• Understanding of cloud, AI, SaaS business models, and healthcare IT interoperability standards
• Financial acumen to evaluate investments and product performance using multiple metrics
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally
