Radius rule: Contractor must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility exp 5/8 Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: asap Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 Shift Requirements: 8-10 Hour Flexible Day shifts Weekend/Holiday: Possibility of 1-2 weekends in 13 week contract - No Holidays Float Requirements: Must be willing to float to other hospitals in the north region On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours Required Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and WI PT license Minimum Experience: N/A - General PT/ Ortho skills Charting Experience: Epic Preferred Unit Specific Skillset: 8-10 patients. Ortho outpatient unit/ Acute inpatient as well Business Casual Attire. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely GSA not applicable during orientation week Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours During flu season, any traveller who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times.
