The shift will be from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates should possess current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role involves providing care to patients requiring close monitoring and intervention. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is key to ensure optimal patient care. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and compassion in patient interactions. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet unit needs.
