Regional RN Hospice DirectorThe Regional RN Hospice Director is a dynamic, enterprise-level leader who provides operational, regulatory, and administrative support across multiple hospice programs. This role serves as a flexible resource to stabilize operations, ensure compliance, support growth initiatives, and guide teams through transitions such as leadership changes, system implementations, or special projects.Working under the general direction of senior leadership, the Regional RN Hospice Director plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance with hospice and Medicare/Medicaid requirements while strengthening operational performance and continuity of care across assigned programs. The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
