Project Manager/Estimator

TRIAD is a general contracting and construction expert services firm specializing in residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and property damage restoration throughout Florida. We also provide consulting for property loss evaluations, construction cost disputes, construction defects, and litigation support. The Role We’re looking for an Estimator / Project Manager who combines construction knowledge with grit, ownership, and a strong work ethic . You’ll prepare estimates and proposals, manage project costs and schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and help drive projects from estimating through completion. What You’ll Do Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, takeoffs, and budgets Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, and progress Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Identify problems early and help drive solutions What We’re Looking For Construction and/or restoration estimating experience Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods and materials Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Project management experience is a plus Construction consulting experience is beneficial Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership. You’re eager to learn, willing to work hard, dependable, and persistent when things get challenging. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need the drive to figure things out, follow through, and get better.
