Industrial HVAC Technician (Contract) | Data Center Operations

We are hiring experienced Industrial HVAC Technicians for a contract assignment supporting advanced cooling infrastructure in a data center environment. This role offers competitive pay, steady work, and the opportunity to work with industry-leading Trane equipment.
Pay:

• Mid-Level HVAC Technician: $38-$42/hour
• Senior HVAC Technician: $45-$50/hour

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 7 days per week

Start Date: Mid-July
Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
• Respond to service calls, work orders, and emergency maintenance requests.
• Support critical cooling infrastructure in a data center environment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
• Assist with system optimization and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• EPA Certification preferred
• Experience in industrial facilities, data centers, or other critical environments is a plus
• Experience with Trane equipment preferred
