Travel Critical Care Nurse in Cambridge, MA

Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• 50/50 split between day and night shifts
• Every other weekend and every other holiday ( EOW/EOH )

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU experience
• At least 1 year of previous travel nursing experience

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional ICU nursing care, monitoring complex patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create patient-centered care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
• Respond swiftly to emergent situations, demonstrating strong clinical judgment
• Educate patients and families about treatments, procedures, and recovery
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and national standards
