Kitchen Manager Opportunity - High-Volume, Established Restaurant Location: O'Fallon, MO Compensation: $65,000 total compensation + benefits We are partnering with a well-established, high-volume restaurant concept seeking a Kitchen Manager (KM) to lead back-of-house operations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values consistency, and takes pride in developing strong teams. This role is ideal for a culinary leader who understands systems, execution, and cost control while maintaining a positive and productive kitchen culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee all back-of-house operations including food production, prep, and execution Lead, train, and develop kitchen team members to maintain high performance and retention Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste control Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards Partner with front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction Drive efficiency in scheduling, prep systems, and daily operations Qualifications 2+ years of Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH leadership experience Experience in high-volume restaurant environments ($3M+ annual sales preferred) Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, and inventory systems Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong teams Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail Food safety certification preferred What's Offered Compensation $65,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off and vacation Stable, established concept with consistent traffic Growth opportunities within a multi-unit organization Why This Role?
