Retail Sales Associate - No Experience Necessary - Paid Training - This is an in-person sales role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Recommend cellular and wireless products based on customers’ needs and desires, and demonstrate product features.
- Process transactions accurately.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
Pay Scale and Benefits:
- Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
- Commission: Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bonus: Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions.
- Benefits: PTO. This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans.
