Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform residential and light commercial service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and system replacement sales.

The ideal candidate is confident in diagnostics, communicates well with customers, works independently, and understands how to provide recommendations that are in the customer's best interest.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and service agreements
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control issues
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
• Document work performed through Housecall Pro
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Properly care for company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Participate in seasonal on-call and weekend rotation schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Texas Registered or Certified HVAC Technician preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attic and outdoor environments

Compensation

Schedule

• Typical start time between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Peak season after hours/weekend rotation
• Time off provided during the workweek when possible to offset weekend assignments
