CDL-A Company Driver Overview

• Pay that stacks up fast. Top 30% of drivers earn up to $123,000 per year, earning up to $2,300 per week. Drivers can earn 62-68CPM. Pay varies by route, experience, and performance.*
• Strong miles, flexible running. Drivers average 2,900-3,300 miles per week running OTR or Regional across the Western 11 states, with home time options that flex to your situation.
• Dispatch that works for you. Performance-based dispatch and experienced driver managers keep the focus on miles so you stay productive and your paycheck reflects it.
• Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch dry van freight with 60% drop & hook loads - less waiting, less dock time, more miles.
• Equipment built for the long haul. Drive 2023 or newer Volvo 760s and Freightliner Cascadias, all under 500K miles, fully loaded with APUs, inverters, bunk heaters, and a fridge/freezer in every truck.
