Product Manager - Liquid Handling

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We're looking for a commercially focused Product Manager to lead our Liquid Handling Pipettes and Pipette Tips portfolio in a distribution-only sales model. You'll manage the full product lifecycle, own P&L, and drive growth through global laboratory distributors. Key Responsibilities:

• Own global P&L and deliver revenue growth
• Define and execute a 3-5 year product roadmap
• Identify portfolio gaps and lead expansion
• Drive pricing, margin, and SKU optimization
• Develop go-to-market strategies with distributors
• Manage distributor product launches, pricing, and promotions
• Analyze market/customer insights and competitive positioning
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on new product development

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in life science tools or consumables.
• Experience operating in a distribution-only commercial model.
• Direct experience with pipettes, pipette tips, or liquid handling systems.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days a week at our office in San Diego, CA.
