Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for a per diem opportunity in the Long Term Care specialty. This role offers flexible shift work, allowing healthcare professionals to manage their schedule while providing essential care to patients.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Provide direct patient care and support for residents in long term care settings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience in long term care or related healthcare setting
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
