The Meat Cutter will expertly handle a variety of meat products including beef, poultry, pork, and mixed meats. Working within a small team, the role involves precise meat trimming and cutting using both manual tools and automated machines. The Meat Cutter ensures product quality, maintains equipment, and follows strict safety and sanitation standards in a fixed location environment. Operating Hours Sunday-Thursday 2pm Start shifts - Can Start ASAP With Experience
Responsibilities
- Trim, cut, and prepare meat products accurately
- Perform regular maintenance on cutting equipment
- Inspect meat quality to meet standards
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
- Operate both manual cutting tools and automated machines
- Understanding of meat types, cuts, and preparation methods required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in meat cutting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and knife handling
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate manual and automated equipment
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
