Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and RRT licensure (if applicable).

• Respiratory Therapy department in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule
• Uses Epic EMR
• Float policy of 25 miles between facilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• RRT license required if applicable
• Non-AHA certifications accepted at submission but AHA certification must be completed before start
• Driver's License required for consideration
• 2 professional references required

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services within an acute care hospital setting
• Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local and are not eligible for renewal or extension contracts
• Candidates who worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months must be indicated at time of consideration
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract at manager's discretion
• Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage are prohibited on the unit
