Role Description The Community Liaison Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chicago Area. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and healthcare partners to increase awareness of Angel Caregivers, Inc. and its services. Daily tasks include organizing outreach activities, attending community events, and conducting presentations to promote the company’s offerings. The Community Liaison Officer will coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, gather feedback, and support the development of community programs and training sessions. This role also involves maintaining accurate records of engagement activities, preparing reports, and contributing to strategies that strengthen community partnerships.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in Community Engagement, including organizing events and participating in local initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, community groups, and healthcare partners.
- Training experience, such as leading information sessions, workshops, or educational presentations.
- Previous experience in community outreach, social services, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chicago Area, with reliable transportation for local travel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with basic office software and communication tools; experience with CRM or outreach tracking systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level coursework or degree in social work, public health, communications, or related field is an advantage.
