Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Current dental hygienist license in Indiana and an Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
