Project Manager Location: Providence, RI (Hybrid Minimum 1 Day Onsite Per Week) Duration: 1+ Year Contract Interview: Video Interview and final in-person Client Note: Local only with DL copy LinkedIn with proper location Hybrid role requiring onsite presence at RIDOH or partner agency as needed Occasional Saturday work may be required (schedule flexibility provided) Strong healthcare, public health, or community health program management experience preferred Experience with mobile healthcare initiatives is highly desired Looking for candidates with strong stakeholder, budget, and contract management skills Industry: Public Health / Healthcare / Government Program Focus: Rural Mobile Family Medicine | Community Health | Chronic Disease Management | Preventive Care | Telehealth Services | Healthcare Access Transformation About the Role: Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Rural Mobile Family Medicine Program , a key initiative within the Rhode Island Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). This statewide initiative aims to improve healthcare access and outcomes across Rhode Island's rural communities through mobile family medicine services, preventive care, chronic disease management, screenings, and telehealth support. The Project Manager will oversee planning, implementation, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, grant administration, performance measurement, and program evaluation while collaborating closely with RIDOH leadership, healthcare providers, community organizations, and public health stakeholders. Required Skills: 5+ years of Project Management experience Experience managing large healthcare, public health, or community health initiatives Program Planning, Administration, and Implementation experience Budget Management and Financial Oversight Contract Management and Vendor Oversight Stakeholder Engagement and Cross-Agency Collaboration Public Health Program Development and Evaluation Grant Management experience Resource Planning and Project Scheduling Performance Measurement and Reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Leadership and team coordination experience Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have: Mobile Health / Mobile Medicine program experience Community-Based Healthcare experience Public Health Policy Development experience Telehealth implementation experience Healthcare Transformation Program experience Rural Health Program experience Master's Degree or higher in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
