The Manufacturing Operations Manager will lead the assembly team, manage daily production, and support clean-water infrastructure. The ideal Manufacturing Operations Manager has multiple years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on solar technology, has 1 or more years of leadership, has solid knowledge of SOP’s, and is highly organized with leadership skills.

The Manufacturing Operations Manager is a full-time, direct hire position in Woodland, CA. Manufacturing Operations Manager Job Responsibilities: Create Production Schedules, Manage Daily Assembly, & Meet Fulfilment Targets Create & Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) For Builds & Quality Checks Track Inventory Levels, Prevent Shortages, & Manage Delivery TimelinesAnswer Technical Questions & Coordinate Customer Service Requests Train, Mentor, & Guide Assemblers on Safety & Build Standards Work With Sales & Operations to Track Metrics & Plan Demands Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines
