Picker packer

We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our fulfillment operations by accurately selecting merchandise using handheld RF scanners, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring orders are dispatched quickly and safely.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high accuracy standards, and has hands-on experience using RF scanner units.

• Order Picking: Retrieve product items accurately from designated warehouse locations using an RF scanner and pick sheet.
• Order Packing: Inspect picked items for damage, package goods securely using appropriate containers (boxes, poly mailers), and add necessary packing materials to prevent damage during transport.
• RF Scanner Operations: Scan barcodes to confirm correct items, quantities, bin locations, and inventory updates in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Shipping Prep: Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation onto outbound packages.
• Quality & Inventory Assurance: Verify order accuracy before sealing packages and immediately report missing, damaged, or mislabeled items to leadership.
• Safety & Maintenance: Keep work zones, packing tables, and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety protocols.

salary: $16 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
education: No Degree Required
