We’re looking for a motivated and organized Restoration Project Manager to oversee projects from emergency mitigation through final reconstruction. This is a unique dual role position that provides oversight during the mitigation phase before transitioning into coordinating subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer communication throughout reconstruction. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact with customers throughout the restoration process. Provide oversight of mitigation projects, ensuring documentation, dry logs, and project progress are accurate before reconstruction begins. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, permits, inspections, and project schedules during reconstruction. Review project estimates, budgets, and supplements using Xactimate. Communicate with homeowners, insurance carriers, adjusters, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) Perform routine job site visits to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction. Partner with a dedicated ServiceMaster Administrative Coordinator for scheduling, technician coordination, documentation, and customer communication so you can focus on successfully managing projects. Lead projects from initial loss through final walkthrough and completion. What We’re Looking For: Experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims, or project management. Understanding of residential construction and property restoration. Xactimate experience is strongly preferred. Experience with mitigation, reconstruction, or insurance restoration is highly desirable. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Why Join ServiceMaster?
