We are a high energy, sports oriented culture that makes the every day work experience unlike any organization you've ever been a part of. We are looking for a sales specialist who is able to service our existing clientele in a 100% remote setting. Sales Representative is provided leads and resources. They are not responsible for lead generation.
Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Enrolling Essential Workers in permanent benefits that stay with them regardless if they’re employed, quit, or retire from their jobs.
- Customizing programs to fit each family’s needs.
- Attending provided ongoing sales/leadership development to continue to stay up to date on serving at the highest level.
The Ideal candidate would be:
- Comfortable with a remote setting
- Strong Communication skills
- Service-minded
- and Coachable
