Position Overview

As a  Remote Benefits Specialist , you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand their available benefits while providing outstanding customer service and long-term support.

This role combines relationship building, education, and client service in a collaborative, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support Families

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

• Educate families on available benefit and coverage options

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment

• Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and care

• Assist clients with policy updates and ongoing service

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
